I'd just like to introduce myself also, I am Aredhela (aka Healz on my old server) Holy Paladin. I moved from Nordrassil a PvE realm where I have spent most of my wow life, I leveled to 70 as prot and raided upto MH as protection then switched to retribution (before patch) and dps'd until Ilidan was down.
I moved to this server to be with RL friends Ved and Rhang, Obutu and Popchop also moved servers to be here.
I led a guild on my previous server and led many raids, I led a raid last night for you guys and we cleared the Arachnid wing of Naxx10 Good going!

We are going for the Construct Quarter tonight if I lead, I would prefer to take an extra healer as it was tough last night but if we can't thats no problem tho patch work does hit like a train and our dps need to be on their A game to nuke him down from 100% to 0% as soon as the fight starts.
As there are no posts currently here i would like to lay out a couple of rules for raiding that are more common sense than anything.
1. All gear must be enchanted and gemmed to the best of your abilities 70 or 80 enchants are fine.
2. Always bring consumables: this means pots, flasks, reagents, bandages, repair bots, food buffs.
3. Be on your A game don't be slacking around in Gchat when raiding.
4. When the Rl talks on vent everyone else doesn't and if you are told to do something regardless as to whether you think it is wrong or not you do it.
5. Every person in the raid will be on Vent or TS.
6. Expect to wipe, we are going to while we make progress but it will only get easier.
Anyway if you would like me to lead raids in the future I am happy to i believe Ved and Rhang are looking at some kind of raid schedule and I am not going into any depth here but basically this is what i expect when raiding.
If there are any questions regarding this then speak to me in game, I am not taking over anyones role or job but as this was forum was empty and we are raiding tonight I thought a post would help.
